Providers and protectors are scarce in a dearth of genuinely feminine women.
In fact, they abandon ship pretty quickly.
Genuine masculinity does not thrive in the absence of genuine femininity.
Why would it?
Don’t expect it.
There is nothing to complain about.

I loved Having Your Cake
I never understood why my husband seemed to be just as proud as I was about my kitchen. The balance of femininity allows him to be who he is. My kitchen is pink– all decked out with every tool and small appliance that Kitchen Aid has ever made. My friends come over and ask “why in the world would he let you do this.” I shrug but now I can give the sage advice about balance between the energies my husband I share…It’s truly a blessing. Doing what I love (baking/cooking), doing what I was taught, can honor my husband. Thanks for the reminders.
